A Simple Recipe For Vegetarian Crisp Spring Rolls:-

Ingredients:


  • 10 Spring Roll Wrappers
  • 1 Cup Of Finely Shredded Cabbage
  • 1 Carrot, Grated
  • 1/2 Onion, Sliced
  • 2 Cloves Of Garlic, Minced
  • 1 Tablespoon Of Soy Sauce
  • 1 Tablespoon Of Cornstarch
  • 1 Teaspoon Of Sugar
  • 1/4 Teaspoon Of Black Pepper
  • 1/4 Cup Of Vegetable Oil
  • Sweet Chili Sauce, For Dipping


Instructions:


In A Mixing Bowl, Combine The Shredded Cabbage, Grated Carrot, Sliced Onion, 

Minced Garlic, Soy Sauce, Cornstarch, Sugar, And Black Pepper. Mix Well Until 

The Vegetables Are Coated With The Seasoning.

Lay A Spring Roll Wrapper Flat On A Clean Surface, With One Corner Facing You. 

Spoon 2-3 Tablespoons Of The Vegetable Mixture Onto The Bottom Third Of The 

Wrapper, Leaving Some Space On The Sides.

Fold The Bottom Corner Up To Cover The Filling, Then Fold The Sides In Towards 

The Center. Roll Up Tightly To The Top Corner, Using A Little Water To Seal The 

Edge.

Repeat The Process With The Remaining Spring Roll Wrappers And Filling.

Heat The Vegetable Oil In A Large Pan Or Wok Over Medium-high Heat. Fry The 

Spring Rolls Until Golden Brown And Crispy, About 2-3 Minutes Per Side.

Remove The Spring Rolls From The Pan With A Slotted Spoon And Drain On A 

Paper Towel.

Serve The Spring Rolls Hot With Sweet Chili Sauce For Dipping.
