Ingredients:

  • 1 Tsp Coriander Powder
  • 1/2 Tsp Garam Masala Powder
  • Salt To Taste

For The Gravy:

  • 2 Tbsp Oil
  • 1 Onion (finely Chopped)
  • 2 Tomatoes (finely Chopped)
  • 1 Tsp Ginger-garlic Paste
  • 1 Green Chili (finely Chopped)
  • 1 Tsp Cumin Powder
  • 1 Tsp Coriander Powder
  • 1/2 Tsp Garam Masala Powder
  • 1/2 Tsp Red Chili Powder
  • 1/2 Cup Cream
  • Salt To Taste

For Garnishing:


Fresh Coriander Leaves (finely Chopped)

Instructions:

  1. To Prepare The Paneer Filling, Heat Oil In A Pan And Add Ginger-garlic Paste And Green Chili. Saute For A Minute.
  2. Add The Paneer Slices And Spices (cumin Powder, Coriander Powder, Garam Masala Powder, And Salt) To The Pan. Cook For 3-4 Minutes On Medium Flame Until The Paneer Is Lightly Browned.
  3. Remove The Paneer Filling From The Pan And Keep It Aside.
  4. To Prepare The Gravy, Heat Oil In A Separate Pan And Add Finely Chopped Onions. Saute Until The Onions Turn Translucent.
  5. Add Ginger-garlic Paste And Green Chili To The Pan And Saute For A Minute.
  6. Add Finely Chopped Tomatoes And Cook Until The Tomatoes Turn Mushy.

  11. To Assemble The Paneer Pasanda, Take A Paneer Slice And Place A Spoonful Of Paneer Filling On Top Of It. Place Another Paneer Slice On Top Of The Filling.
  12. Repeat The Process For All The Paneer Slices And Filling.
  13. Pour The Gravy Over The Assembled Paneer Slices.
  14. Garnish With Fresh Coriander Leaves.
